Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-level vocational education in Facility Management or related field.
• Experience with technical installations and facility services preferred.
• Valid Category B driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for facility-related requests.
• Support inspection and monitoring of buildings and technical installations.
• Coordinate and supervise work by external suppliers and contractors.
• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records and contribute to safety improvements.
