Job summary

360Pharma is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform experiments and record results in our ELN, contributing to assay development and validation. You will support daily lab operations, maintain equipment, and ensure supplies are available for ongoing work in a Leiden-based facility.

Excellent hands-on molecular biology skills (PCR, DNA extraction) and strong attention to detail are essential. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Relevant laboratory qualification (MBO-4, HLO, BSc or MSc) in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related field.
• Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, particularly PCR and DNA extraction.
• Fluency in spoken and written English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform experiments and record results in the ELN, contributing to assay development and validation reports.
• Keep the laboratory organized; assist with routine equipment maintenance and general activities.
• Ensure reagents and consumables are available; monitor stock and document incoming goods.
