Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a long contract based in Amsterdam. The role involves designing and managing Azure infrastructure services, leading VMware migrations, and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.

The ideal candidate will possess skills in Azure Identity Management, Governance, and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps. Fluency in Dutch is mandatory. This position offers a competitive salary and quick interviews!

Qualifications

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Infrastructure Engineer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure services, including networking, identity, and platform components.
• Develop and maintain Azure CAF landing zones.
• Lead migration of VMware workloads to Azure IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Configure and enforce Azure governance, RBAC, policies, and compliance controls.
• Improve monitoring, logging, performance, and cloud cost management.
• Identify and mitigate migration risks and dependencies.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence.
• Collaborate with architects, Product Owners, and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance on cloud standards and best practices.
