Job summary

Van Lanschot Kempen is hiring a Support Officer Learning & Development to assist the L&D team with coordinating training activities and maintaining learning platforms. You will handle participant data, plan sessions, and be the first point of contact for trainers and colleagues, ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup, with 32–40 hours weekly, and benefit from a competitive salary, additional flexible budget, and access to courses and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with administrative processes, planning and organising is a plus.
• Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks with quality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the learning platform and training information.
• Register, process and check participant data and evaluations.
• Plan and organise training sessions, workshops and other learning activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, trainers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and improve processes through digitalisation, automation and smart use of tools.
