Job summary

SFI Green Markets in Amsterdam is seeking a KYC & Operations Support Specialist to join our growing international team. You will support client onboarding, maintain KYC records, assist with trade confirmations, and provide administrative support to finance and operations.

This standalone role offers ownership and visibility, working closely with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
• 1–3 years of experience in KYC, compliance, operations, administration, finance support, or client onboarding.
• Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• A practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
• Based in Amsterdam or within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding and KYC reviews.
• Collect, verify, and maintain client documentation.
• Conduct background checks and prepare risk assessments.
• Support periodic client reviews and remediation activities.
• Respond to KYC-related queries from brokers and colleagues.
• Prepare and send trade confirmations and booking documentation.
• Support operational processes and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with invoice administration and finance-related tasks.
• Stay up to date with AML, sanctions, and WWFT requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
