Job summary

Anthos Fund & Asset Management in Amsterdam is seeking an AML/KYC Analyst to join a small multidisciplinary team. You will strengthen the full AML/KYC foundation, translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance, and support data, tooling and reporting initiatives to safeguard the business and clients.

With up to 5 years of AML/KYC experience, you will work across onboarding, reviews and ongoing monitoring, collaborating with operations, compliance, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Anthos' AML/KYC framework, processes and ways of working.
• Translate AML/KYC requirements into practical guidance and solutions for the business.
• Support AML/KYC data, tooling, reporting and automation initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day AML/KYC support across onboarding, reviews and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Ensure AML/KYC requirements are applied consistently and remain audit-ready.
