- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI-driven management.
- Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full warehouse operation, ensuring daily performance targets are achieved.
- Analyze operational data and translate insights into KPIs and improvement plans.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Coach and develop supervisors and team leaders to strengthen performance.
- Optimize workforce planning, productivity, and overall efficiency.
