The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Koepelcafé Supervisor to lead the Koepelcafé team, coach staff, and ensure every shift runs smoothly in a bustling central venue.

Qualifications

• A natural leader who enjoys motivating, coaching and developing a team.
• Passionate about hospitality and committed to creating memorable guest experiences.
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch, with excellent communication skills.
• Calm under pressure, well-organised and able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in hospitality, with previous supervisory experience in a restaurant, café or similar outlet being an advantage.
• Hands-on and proactive, always willing to support the team wherever needed.
• Available to work full-time across a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Koepelcafé team by example and ensure every shift runs smoothly.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ambassadors while upholding high service standards.
• Coordinate daily operations, support and coach the team, and step in when needed.
• Drive service excellence, operational efficiency and team engagement in collaboration with leadership.
