Job summary

The-Social-Hub in Delft is seeking a Kitchen Porter to keep our kitchen spotless, safe and ready for action. You’ll join a friendly team, learn quickly, and contribute to a smooth rhythm behind the scenes. No experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything.

As part of our hybrid hospitality concept, you’ll help maintain hygienic spaces, assist with basic tasks, and support the kitchen team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleaning or support role is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment on your feet.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
• Keep floors, surfaces, and bins clean following set routines.
• Ensure kitchen areas, including storage and prep spaces, stay spotless.
• Help the kitchen team with basic tasks like unloading deliveries and organizing stock.
• Keep kitchen tools and equipment in their places to support workflow.
• Follow hygiene and food safety rules (HACCP).
• Handle cleaning materials and gear safely and responsibly.
• Spot and report issues or hazards promptly.
