Jobster in Oudkarspel zoekt een keukenoperator die machines helpt voorbereiden, recepten volgt en de productie soepel laat verlopen. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst van 05:00-14:00 en 14:00-23:00 en krijgt aantrekkelijke ploegtoeslagen.

Startloon 3.246,21 euro bruto per maand, kan oplopen tot 3.627,92 euro bij een fulltime werkweek van 37,5 uur. Er zijn trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden, reiskosten en een gezellige kantine.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau vereist.
• Graag gemotiveerd om te leren en door te groeien.
• Ervaring als operator is een Pré, geen must.
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup en bediening volgens recept.
• Productieproces bewaken en soepel laten verlopen.
• Kwaliteit controleren en naleving van normen.

Over het werk

Do you have a technical mindset and a passion for food? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you! As a Kitchen Operator, you'll play an important role in preparing our delicious snacks. You'll set up and operate the machines, follow recipes accurately, and make sure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you'll keep a close eye on quality and ensure every product meets our high standards.

You'll work in a two-shift schedule, alternating between 05:00-14:00 and 14:00-23:00. You'll also receive attractive shift allowances for working before 06:00 and after 18:00.

You'll start with a gross monthly salary of €3,246.21 and have the opportunity to grow to €3,627.92 gross per month, based on 37.5 hours per week and including shift allowances. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the company through training and education.
