Job summary

Operator in Katwijk gezocht voor een productieomgeving waar kwaliteit, productiviteit en stiptheid centraal staan. Je werkt aan tapas-varianten en beheert een eigen productielijn in een gekoelde ruimte van circa 6 graden.

Werkdagen zijn maandag tot vrijdag in twee ploegen: 06:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00. Er is uitzicht op een vast contract en mogelijkheden voor professionele groei als machine-operator.

Qualifications

• Minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring als productie-operator in de voedingsindustrie.
• Woonachtig nabij Katwijk.
• Bereid om in twee ploegen te werken (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00).
• Fijne motoriek en geen fysiek zware werkzaamheden.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor de eigen productielijn en het vervaardigen van tapas.
• Oplossen van kleine storingen zelfstandig; bij complexere issues contact met technische dienst.
• Leidinggeven en effectief communiceren met teamleden voor een vlotte productie.
• Samenwerken met de logistieke afdeling voor tijdige levering van grondstoffen.

Over de functie

As a Operator, you will become an essential part of our team of enthusiastic operators, all working toward shared goals. You will be responsible for your own production line, which includes:

• Solving minor issues independently and contacting the technical service for more complex problems.
• Leading and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.
• Working with the logistics department to ensure timely supply of raw materials for an efficient process.

Your tasks will include making, cutting, mixing, and packing various types of tapas. You will work in a refrigerated environment, with a workplace temperature of around 6 degrees.

You will work in two shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.
