StudentJob zoekt een Operator voor een productielijn in Katwijk. Je maakt, snijdt, mengt en verpakt tapas in een gekoelde omgeving.

Je werkt in twee ploegen van maandag tot vrijdag. Salaris bedraagt €3000 brutomaand, met 8% vakantiegeld en 25 verlofdagen, en er is uitzicht op een vast contract en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Minstens 1 jaar werkervaring als productiemedewerker of operator in de voedingsindustrie.
• Woonachtig nabij Katwijk.
• Bereidheid tot tweeploegendienst (06:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00).
• Fijne motoriek.

Responsibilities

• Oplossen van kleine storingen zelfstandig en bij complexe problemen de technische dienst contacteren.

Over de functie

As a Operator, you will become an essential part of our team of enthusiastic operators, all working toward shared goals. You will be responsible for your own production line, which includes:

• Solving minor issues independently and contacting the technical service for more complex problems.
• Leading and communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.
• Working with the logistics department to ensure timely supply of raw materials for an efficient process.

Your tasks will include making, cutting, mixing, and packing various types of tapas. You will work in a refrigerated environment, with a workplace temperature of around 6 degrees.

You will work in two shifts from Monday to Friday: 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 23:00.
