Job summary

Lenus is seeking a Key Account Manager for our Amsterdam office, joining a dynamic, global team focused on empowering online health coaches. You will target, onboard, and support coaches worldwide, activating growth through strategic partnerships and tailored business development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
• Collaborative mindset with relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Target and onboard a portfolio of 15–20 health and fitness coaches.
• Guide and support coaches to grow their businesses sustainably.
• Collaborate on marketing, sales, and business development initiatives.
• Build trust-based partnerships with coaches beyond transactions.
• Coordinate projects and participate in key meetings to ensure quality.
