Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to prepare, compose and present high-quality dishes in our bustling kitchen. You will organize the work floor, coach the team and coordinate with the Sous Chefs to ensure flawless service.

You will uphold HACCP standards, maintain menu integrity, and inspire the team to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests at our historic hotel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Organize and lead the work floor in the partie with coaching of the Chef De Parties.
• Support Sous Chefs and the team.
• Monitor HACCP and contribute to process efficiency.
• Be the backup and point of communication for Sous Chefs; motivate the team to perform better.
