Job summary

Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to prepare and plate high-quality dishes with fresh ingredients. You will organize and lead the floor, coach the Chef de Parties, and act as a key communication point for kitchen staff and floor managers. A strong focus on HACCP and teamwork is essential.

You will be the first backup to Sous Chefs, promoting a positive can-do attitude and supporting the entire kitchen while ensuring exceptional guest experiences at Pulitzer Amsterdam.

• Experience preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
