Job summary

Pulitzer Amsterdam is seeking a Food & Beverage Venues Manager to oversee Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting and In-Room Dining, ensuring consistent service, strong financial performance and an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead venue teams, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with the Assistant F&B Director and other departments to support the hotel-wide strategy.

As a Food & Beverage Venues Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the overall operation and performance of the Pulitzer Garden, Banqueting (BQT) and In-Room Dining (IRD). You are responsible for ensuring consistent service standards, strong financial performance and an exceptional guest experience across all venues. You lead and develop the venue teams supported by the Assistant Managers Venues, and ensure effective planning, staffing and operational execution. You monitor performance, manage P&L and KPIs, optimise revenue and costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and guest satisfaction. You work closely with the Assistant F&B Director and other departments to support the overall Food & Beverage strategy and ensure seamless hotel-wide operations. This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, operational expertise and a hands‑on, guest-focused approach.
