Solvimon is seeking a Junior Solution Engineer who is customer-facing, curious, technically and AI fluent, and passionate about turning complexity into clarity. You’ll shape how Solvimon connects with customers through APIs, integrations, and crystal-clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Early in product career with desire to grow quickly.
• Ambitious and eager to learn with a go-getter mindset.
• Excited by AI, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON payloads.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Netsuite, or HubSpot in business workflows.
• Built or supported product integrations and enjoys systems working together.
• Writes clearly for API guides and internal feature specs.
• AI-curious and interested in applying AI to product development or UX.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in achieving their goals with Solvimon.
• Define and test API-based integrations with ERP/CRM systems.
• Translate features into user-friendly explanations with engineers and product teams.
• Write internal specs and external-facing docs with AI assistance.
• Support customers and partners building on the API or integrating the product.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and clarify technical concepts.

We’re looking for a Junior Solution Engineer who’s customer-facing, curious, technically and AI fluent, and loves turning complexity into clarity. You’ll play a key role in shaping how our product connects with the outside world—through APIs, integrations, and crystal-clear documentation.within a fast-growing startup in which you can make a real impact.

At Solvimon, we’re building an next generation monetization platform.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Customer, Engineering teams

What you’ll be doing:

• Work directly with customers to support them in achieving their goals with Solvimon
• Help define and test API-based integrations with popular ERPs, CRMs, and other systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate features into user-friendly explanations
• With the help of AI write internal technical specs and external-facing documentation that engineers and non-engineers love
• Support customers and partners who are building on our API or integrating our product
• Spot opportunities to improve how we communicate technical concepts internally and externally
