Consortio Recruitment Group is partnering with a specialist engineering business to recruit a Junior Shipbuilding / Marine Systems Designer. The role focuses on supporting the design of ship systems, generating 3D CAD models and manufacturing documentation under supervision.
Ideal candidates hold a mechanical or naval engineering degree, with initial design experience and proficiency in NX or Creo, plus English and either German or Dutch language skills.

Working on projects for established companies across the sector, they provide engineers and designers with the opportunity to work on technically challenging shipbuilding and marine engineering projects. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to bring a Junior Shipbuilding / Marine Systems Designer into their team in Germany or the Netherlands, and you could be their perfect next hire.
They are looking for a Junior Engineer who is either a recent graduate or has some initial experience within engineering or technical design. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will support the design and development of technical ship systems and components, producing 3D CAD models, technical drawings and manufacturing documentation. You will gradually take on more responsibility across the design process while gaining valuable practical experience on a range of maritime development projects.
