NN Group N.V. is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to support the NextGen Risk Management transformation within Group Risk.

You will assist in initiating analyses, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring milestones and deliverables align with objectives. A proactive mindset, strong communication, and a collaborative approach are essential for success. The role offers exposure to risk strategy and change initiatives, with opportunities to work with senior stakeholders and gain cross-functional

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience within Risk, PMO, change delivery or project execution.
• Strong communication and ability to translate complex information into clear messages and recommendations.
• Fluent in English and able to work with senior stakeholders across NN Group.

Aufgaben

• Supporting the delivery of larger strategic programmes and independently managing smaller projects or workstreams within Group Risk.
• Coordinating input from Risk experts, business unit representatives, IT, Data and other stakeholders.
• Preparing high-quality management information, decision papers, status updates and Steering Committee materials.
• Managing stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and structured follow-up.
• Proactively identifying challenges, proposing solutions and supporting decision-making.
