Job summary

NN Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to independently lead large workstreams within the NextGen Risk Management programme. The role connects subject matter experts, IT, data, finance and business stakeholders to deliver change within scope, budget and time.

You will translate objectives into clear scope, milestones and plans, driving day-to-day execution, with a focus on risk, data and technology-enabled transformation across NN Group.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, transformation or change delivery within financial services, insurance, Risk, Finance, IT or Data.
• Have a proven ability to independently lead larger projects or workstreams within a broader programme and to deliver within scope, budget and time.
• Bring strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, and can translate complex issues, dependencies and options into clear recommendations.
• Are a strong stakeholder manager and communicator, fluent in English and able to prepare concise, high-quality materials for management decision-making.
• Work in a structured, proactive and result-driven way, with affinity for Risk management and data- and technology-enabled transformation, and hold a relevant university degree.
• You have at least 5-6 years of relevant project management experience and a proven track record delivering Risk and/or Risk & Finance projects within an EU insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead one or more larger project workstreams within NextGen Risk Management.
• Translate programme objectives into scope, deliverables, milestones and implementation plans.
• Identify, evaluate and manage risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Group Risk and business units, and prepare high-quality management deliverables.
• Coordinate project team members and junior PM support, sharing PM best practices.
