Job summary

Vanderlande Industries GmbH in the Netherlands invites applications for a Junior Project Manager Airports Solutions. You set up projects and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery of Material Handling projects while coordinating client, Vanderlande teams, and subcontractors.

You will work autonomously on smaller projects or parts of larger programs (over €50 million) under supervision, with travel up to 25% and a focus on time, budget, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.

• Team player with a strong stakeholder focus.
• Proactive with excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience.
• Affinity with IT/OT software in automation projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
• International experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Set up a project and monitor progress per plan.
• Manage one or more Material Handling projects and liaise with client, Vanderlande, and subcontractors.
• Deliver realistic project plans and ensure key factors: time, budget, quality, and safety.
• Maintain commercial responsibility during implementation.
• Work across cultures and travel up to 25%.
