Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Junior Service Project Manager RMR Airports to coordinate all activities related to Service Projects. This includes managing projects from sales through to handover, focusing on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is open to both starters and mid-level experienced individuals, with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field. You will work in a hybrid environment with opportunities for personal development.

Qualifications

• Open to both starters and mid-level experienced candidates.
• Experience working in matrix organizations with both hierarchical and functional reporting lines.
• Affinity with controls and IT is preferred.
• Background in automated handling systems, capital goods, or system integration is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage RMR Service Projects from sales through to handover.
• Support Key Account and Service Managers in defining winning strategies.
• Take full responsibility for project performance.
• Act as the escalation point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive the development of RMR ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
