Responsibilities

• Assist with generating, validating, and analyzing project data with accurate records and audit trails.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of WBS and project coding structures.
• Prepare and update weekly work plans and schedules.
• Assist in preparation of specialty schedules, monthly progress reports, labor and cash flow forecasts, project income statements, and profit recognition activities.
• Facilitate collection of schedule and cost information from project disciplines and stakeholders.
• Analyze schedule and cost trends and identify risks or performance issues.
• Support profit and risk analyses and contribute to management reporting.
• Assist in management of project changes and change control processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of historical project databases and lessons learned.

Job Description

As a Junior Project Controls Specialist, you will support the Project Controls team in the planning, monitoring, forecasting, and reporting of project performance. Working under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will gain exposure to key project controls disciplines, including cost management, planning and scheduling, progress measurement, change management, and project reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with generating, validating, and analyzing project data while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Coding Structures within Project Controls systems.
• Prepare and update weekly work plans and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of:
  • Specialty schedules
  • Monthly progress reports
  • Labor forecasts
  • Cash flow forecasts
  • Project Income Statements
  • Profit recognition activities
• Facilitate the collection of schedule and cost information from project disciplines and stakeholders.
