Job summary

Fluor Infrastructure B.V. is seeking a Junior Cost Controller to join our project controls team and contribute to cost, planning and progress management on large infrastructure projects.

You will work alongside experienced Cost Engineers, Planners and Project Managers, with ample room to grow. The role involves data analysis, reporting, and occasional site visits, within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field or proven related work experience
• Initial experience in Cost Control, Project Controls, Planning or Finance in a project context
• Affinity with infrastructure, engineering, or large projects
• Strong Excel and standard software skills
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Accurate, analytical, and time-conscious
• Basic knowledge of engineering models and drawings is a plus
• Interest in learning MS Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the project team in monitoring costs, planning and progress
• Collaborate with Cost Engineers, Planners and Project Managers
• Prepare and maintain cost reports according to internal and client requirements
• Update weekly work plans and forecasts
• Assist with personnel forecasts, cash flows and project income statements
• Identify trends, deviations and potential risks
• Contribute to change management and project reporting
• Prepare historical project data and management reports
• Occasionally travel to project sites
• Gain on-site insight into work and progress
