Job summary

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is seeking a Junior Product Manager for LIVIA, our digital platform transforming residential real estate management. You’ll work with a small, global team to translate ideas into concrete improvements, linking residents, business units and external developers.

You’ll contribute from day one on a live, mission-critical platform, with ownership and growth opportunities as we expand LIVIA across markets.

• Quick learner who is comfortable working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Structured, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product team in shaping and maintain the LIVIA roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Use resident feedback, platform usage data and operational KPIs to monitor performance and inform product decisions
• Act as the day-to-day point of contact between business teams and the external development team: gather requirements, test new releases and support go-lives
• Support the roll-out of LIVIA in new markets by mapping local processes and requirements and helping onboard country teams
• Structure and document key business processes and platform functionality
• Stay on top of the latest tech, AI and automation trends and propose new ideas, tools or features
