Job summary

SUIT SUPPLY is seeking a Junior Product Manager - Custom Made to strengthen our Custom Made digital experience across stores and e-commerce. You will work with Style Advisors, retail teams and engineering to improve the end-to-end journey from configuration to order execution.

We value a strong affinity with Custom Made, tailoring, and clienteling, with a willingness to learn AI-enabled workflows. A background in retail or digital projects and a proactive mindset are ideal for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in digital projects, retail, or related fields.
• Self-starter with proactive, hands-on approach and strong stakeholder communication.
• Strong understanding of Custom Made processes, tailoring and brand alignment.
• Curious about AI and how systems connect; comfortable working with engineers.
• No prior PM experience required—training provided in Agile and product tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Style Advisors and store ops to identify friction points and improve workflows.
• Support discovery of new product initiatives and track key product KPIs.
• Ensure digital solutions reflect Suitsupply brand and in-store experience.
• Translate retail and customer needs into clear user stories for engineers and AI agents.
• Lead sprint reviews, manage backlog, and coordinate with engineering in Agile sprints.
• Apply AI to the workflow for faster, clearer requirements and analysis.
