Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Сотрудничать со стилями-советниками и операционными командами магазинов для выявления точек трения и оптимизации рабочих процессов.
• Поддерживать исследования и новые продуктовые инициативы, определять, отслеживать и контролировать KPI продукта под руководством
• Работать с заинтересованными сторонами, чтобы цифровые решения отражали бренд Suitsupply и улучшали впечатление в магазинах
• Переводить потребности розницы и клиентов в пользовательские истории для инженеров и ИИ-агентов, охватывая UI/UX, логику конфигураций и интеграцию систем
• Проводить обзор спринтов и управлять бэклогом
• Работать с командами инженеров в спринтах Agile и координировать зависимые задачи между командами
• Использовать ИИ в рабочем процессе для создания тикетов, структурирования требований и анализа

Suitsupply is a retail apparel and fashion company offering beautifully crafted, high-quality products. Its Custom-Made digital experience spans stores and e-commerce.

Задачи:

• Collaborate with Style Advisors and store operations teams to identify friction points and optimize workflows
• Support discovery and new product initiatives, and define, track, and monitor product KPIs with guidance
• Work with stakeholders to ensure digital solutions reflect and elevate the Suitsupply brand and in-store experience
• Translate retail and customer needs into user stories for engineers and AI agents, covering UI/UX, configuration logic, and system integrations
• Run sprint reviews and manage the backlog
• Work with engineering teams in Agile sprints and navigate cross-team dependencies to release frequent, high-quality product improvements
• Use AI in the workflow for ticket creation, requirements structuring, and analysis

Требования:

• 2–4 Years of experience in a regional role, digital projects, or retail, or a strong affinity with digital tools and workflows
• Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Strong understanding of Custom Made processes, tailoring, and the Suitsupply brand
• User-focused mindset
• AI and technical curiosity with a strong learning mindset
• Eagerness to understand how systems connect and work closely with engineers during refinements and sprint planning
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Nice to have: Experience as a Style Advisor or in an in-store role.
