Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking a Junior Product Manager for IT Fulfillment in Amsterdam. You will help shape order flows, data models and interfaces connecting webstores, stores, warehouses and customer service teams.

The role blends product management with business analysis and hands-on collaboration with engineers to deliver reliable, scalable fulfillment solutions. You will work closely with the Group Product Manager and engineers, advancing from learning the domain to owning more of the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
• Wrote functional and technical specifications and collaborated with developers.
• Experience in fulfillment, order management, supply chain, e-commerce, or retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Turn functional flows into clear, buildable work: technical requirements, acceptance criteria and user stories.
• Own the data model and system interfaces, including edge cases.
• Break large changes into chunks that can be built, tested and released safely.
• Collaborate daily with engineers in refinement, planning, reviews and releases, leveraging AI tooling.
• Design order data and interfaces for reliable AI reading, reasoning and action.
• Create end-to-end fulfillment visibility across teams and define measurable outcomes.
