Job summary

Nomios Netherlands is seeking a Junior Partner Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations for a defined set of vendor partnerships. You will manage deal registrations, portals, and MDF processes while collaborating with sales, presales and marketing teams.

You will grow into broader partner management responsibilities, with exposure to top cybersecurity vendors from day one and a strong learning curve in vendor relationships. The role is based in Zoeterwoude, NL.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Experience in administrative, sales support or vendor-facing roles is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational tasks for vendor partnerships including deal registrations and portal administration.
• Register and track deals in vendor systems; link to marketing initiatives where relevant.
• Support MDF administration: submitting requests, tracking usage and processing claims.
• Monitor certification requirements and coordinate training/renewals.
• Administer partner portals: user access, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain vendor pages/assets in Dutch and English on website and SharePoint.
• Prepare data for vendor meetings and business reviews.
• Flag issues or opportunities to Partner Manager and support GTM/marketing activities.
