Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Junior On-Site Technician for our client site in Breda, NL. You will handle in-room and remote resolution support to ensure smooth delivery of the Managed Videoconferencing Service.

Role requires strong English, VC knowledge, and hands-on AV troubleshooting across major platforms; contract is permanent full-time with standard hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertake tier 1-2 troubleshooting of non-functional AV equipment.

• Own responsibility for endpoint success in the region; updates and onboarding.
• Communicate with end users to diagnose and resolve issues.

Role: Junior On-Site Technician - Audio Visual & Video Conferencing

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Location: Breda, North Brabant

Salary: €4.000 - €4.600 per month, plus company benefits

As our business and client base continues to develop further, we now have a new opportunity for a proven AV / VC Technician to join our global client site to be responsible for in room and remote resolution support ensuring smooth delivery of their Managed Videoconferencing Service.

The position will need to be engaged with this key customer, act as a liaison between customer and the entire Kinly service delivery team and will be responsible for measuring customer satisfaction, identifying areas of service improvement, delivering solutions and implementing long term improvement plans across the customers' on-site support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake tier 1-2 troubleshooting of any non-functional AV equipment
• Assist in the set-up and support of high level multi-room events
• Escalate any technical issues found in the rooms and conduct break fix accordingly
• Assist in preventative maintenance checks
• Provide basic training of equipment to client personnel
• Own responsibility for endpoint success in the designated region to include software updates, firmware upgrades, onboarding, testing, and end user training
• Communicate with end users to assist with diagnosing and resolving issues
• Assist in the set up and support of high level, multi room events
• Participate in root-cause analysis of technical issues to assist with the resolution of trouble tickets
• Update and recommend processes and procedure changes to better assist customers and resolve issues

Skills & Experience

• Fluency in English is essential
• Working knowledge of videoconferencing standards
• Ability to troubleshooting of AV Conferencing systems
• Working experience with major videoconferencing equipment such as:
  • Teams, Webex, Zoom etc
  • Codec's Cisco, Poly
  • MCU and control systems from Cisco, Poly, Crestron
• High levels of professionalism, integrity & interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be willing to complete background checks and drug tests required by current or future contracts
