Corbion in Gorinchem (Hybrid) is seeking a Junior IT Service Management Analyst to develop expertise in ITSM, process design and automation. You will join the in‑house IT organization and work on real service management processes in an international enterprise, focusing on Topdesk and a future transition to ServiceNow.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early‑career professional who enjoys analyzing how processes work and turning ideas into clear workflows.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional aiming to start in ITSM and process improvement.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Information Management or related field.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with interest in processes and workflows.
• Exposure to workflows, process automation, APIs or system integrations during studies or projects.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus; eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support design, documentation and continuous improvement of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Translate business and IT requirements into structured processes and workflows.
• Contribute to workflow automation and integrations within the ITSM environment.
• Learn Topdesk and contribute to the transition toward ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external service providers.
• Monitor and analyze service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to service reviews and process standardization.
• Gradually take on more responsibility for ITSM processes and governance.

The role

Are you at the start of your career and interested in how IT processes, workflows and technology come together in a global organization?
Corbion is looking for an IT Service Management Specialist who wants to develop expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), process design and automation. This role is particularly suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys analyzing how processes work and translating them into clear, logical and efficient workflows.

You do not need years of IT Service Management experience. What matters is that you bring a strong analytical foundation and have already worked with topics such as process design, workflows, process automation, APIs or system integrations, for example during your studies, internship or graduation project.

You will join Corbion's in-house IT organization and work on real service management processes in an international enterprise environment. Our current ITSM platform is Topdesk, while Corbion is preparing for a strategic transition towards ServiceNow.
This gives you the opportunity to apply what you have learned, develop your knowledge of IT Service Management and gradually take on more ownership as your expertise grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, documentation and continuous improvement of IT Service Management processes such as Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
• Help translate business and IT requirements into structured processes and effective workflows.
• Contribute to workflow automation and integrations within the ITSM environment.
• Develop your knowledge of our ITSM platform, currently Topdesk, and contribute to Corbion's future transition towards ServiceNow.
• Work with internal IT teams, business stakeholders and external service providers to understand how services and processes connect.
• Support the monitoring and analysis of service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to service reviews, process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gradually take on more responsibility for ITSM processes, workflows and service governance as your knowledge and experience develop.

You bring

• You are a recent graduate, starter or early-career professional looking to build your career in IT Service Management and process improvement.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Information Management or another relevant field.
• A strong interest in IT processes, service management, workflow design and process automation.
• Some practical or academic exposure to workflows, process automation, APIs and/or system integrations, for example through an internship, thesis, graduation assignment, project or first professional experience.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills and an interest in understanding how processes can be translated into logical workflows.
• The curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies, processes and systems.
• The ability to ask questions, investigate problems and turn theoretical knowledge into practical solutions.
• Good communication skills in English. Dutch is considered a plus.
• You are based in the Netherlands and eligible to work here.

Experience with Topdesk, ServiceNow or ITIL is welcome, but is not required. What matters most is your analytical foundation, interest in process-driven IT and your motivation to develop yourself in this field.
