Job summary

A leading technology firm in Noord-Brabant is looking for a Junior IT Delivery Manager to enhance operational processes in the chip manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have strong IT Service Management knowledge and a proactive attitude, as they manage service delivery and collaborate with various teams to ensure operational excellence. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of relevant IT experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management; ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in international IT environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supporting ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Safeguarding the quality and consistency of operational processes.
• Analyzing incident trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with Service Coordinators and Managers.

Ability to work independently

Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

Education
