Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
• Safeguarding the quality and consistency of operational processes.
• Analyzing incident trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Participating in key-user meetings, sprint reviews, and project alignment sessions.
• Collaborating with Service Coordinators and Managers to ensure continuity.
• Taking ownership of action items and driving them to completion.
• Performing quality checks for releases and service transitions.
• Working closely with IT suppliers and internal teams to implement service improvements.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g. IT, computer science) or a relevant master's degree.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in a complex IT environment.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM); ITIL certification is a plus.
• Experience in international IT environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with software development processes.
