Job summary

Flexotels in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Project Manager for the summer season. From May until mid-August, you’ll travel across Europe to help build and dismantle your pop-up hotels at major events.

You’ll learn to manage a team, review designs, organize transport, and coordinate with clients and suppliers. A forklift license and a can-do attitude are required, with a willingness to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO-level education (secondary vocational education).
• Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
• Driver’s license B.
• Flexible attitude – not a 9-to-5 mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the preparation team to review designs and schedules.
• Organizing transport and assisting with loading and unloading (with forklift).
• Assisting with assembling and dismantling mobile hotel units on site.
• Maintaining communication with team members, clients, and suppliers.
• Identifying and contributing to solutions for logistical or technical challenges.
• Supporting in supervising permanent and temporary colleagues.
• Outside the season: assisting with warehouse activities, maintenance, and product upgrades.
• Working in a small and close-knit team where we don’t always take ourselves too seriously.
