Amsterdam Dance Event Foundation is seeking a Freelance Junior Festival Coordinator to contribute to a flexible yet tightly organized Festival program in Amsterdam. You’ll maintain contacts with venues, partners, labels and promoters to promote the program and ensure smooth collaboration.

You’ll work 12 hours per week initially, building to 36 hours, for a 4–6 month project. You’ll engage with ADE’s venues and marketing teams, while living in or near Amsterdam and supporting a diverse team in a

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the ADE Festival program across venues and partners.
• Maintain contacts with locations, labels, managers, clubs and promoters.
• Manage agreements between ADE and clubs/promoters and ensure promotions.
• Oversee event management across locations, production, customer relations and municipality.
• Liaise between marketers, clubs, promoters and ADE marketing for campaigns.
• Streamline administrative processing of the ADE Festival.
