Job summary

DENS BV is seeking a Junior ERP Implementation Specialist to help implement a new ERP system, analyse business processes, configure the system, support users and optimise workflows.

You will collaborate with external partners, test functionality, train colleagues, and contribute to the digital transformation with data-driven decisions, automation and AI solutions. This role offers growth and a dynamic environment at our on-site workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data & IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering & Management, or related field.
• Up to 2–3 years of experience in ERP implementations, process optimisation, or business applications.
• Interest in ERP systems, digital transformation, data and AI.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
• Analyse business processes and translate them into efficient ERP workflows.
• Work with external implementation partners and key users.
• Test system functionality and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Provide training and support to colleagues.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into practical solutions.
• Assist in optimising the ERP environment after go-live.
• Research, develop, and implement AI solutions and automation opportunities.
