Job summary

Beyond Meat is seeking a Junior Innovation Project Manager to support the execution of our EMEA innovation and renovation pipeline. You will turn priorities into clear project plans and drive day-to-day cross-functional execution to bring concepts to market.

This hands-on role suits someone with early FMCG or product development experience who wants to grow ownership of projects and deepen innovation capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in FMCG/CPG, innovation, NPD, commercialization or project management.
• Exposure to coordinating cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Understanding of product development or commercialization process is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute selected EMEA innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch.
• Translate project objectives into clear plans, timelines and actions.
• Coordinate day-to-day project execution and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Identify delays, risks and dependencies and escalate when needed.
• Support launch readiness and project handover across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
• Maintain clear project plans, milestone trackers and documentation.
