Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Food Process Technology Manager to lead innovation within the Further Processing team. You will plan, direct and drive projects from concept through product launch under the PDP process, ensuring quality and strong technological integrity.

You will collaborate closely with Research, Innovation, Product and Sales, manage a multi-disciplinary development team, and translate technology into machine concepts with data-driven insights for improved performance.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of development experience in food processing.
• Experience leading a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and lead development from concept to product launch under PDP process.
• Identify opportunities from customers and markets to create strong business cases.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary development teams to ensure technical integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Research, Innovation, Sales, Service and Supply Chain to deliver projects on time.
