Job summary

Beyond Meat in Amsterdam is seeking a Junior Innovation Project Manager to support the execution of the EMEA innovation and renovation pipeline. You will turn approved concepts into clear project plans and drive day-to-day cross-functional execution from concept to launch.

With 1–2 years in FMCG/CPG, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Operations and Quality to coordinate trials, validations and commercialization activities, and you’ll progressively take ownership of projects under

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in food, FMCG/CPG, innovation, NPD, commercialization or project management.
Exposure to coordinating cross-functional projects or workstreams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Translate project objectives into clear plans, timelines and milestones.
Coordinate day-to-day activities across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain.
Support development and commercialization of new products and renovations; coordinate trials and validations.
Maintain clear project plans, milestone trackers and project documentation; track risks and dependencies.
