Job summary

Li Auto Inc. is building its Benelux operation and seeks a Junior Digital Specialist to launch and grow our social media presence while shipping a new Benelux website. You will implement content, campaigns, and localised messaging to engage audiences in the region from day one.

The role is execution-heavy and startup-minded, with opportunities to shape strategy and see your work go live quickly. Dutch and English fluency is essential, and relocation or work-permit is expected.

Qualifications

Must: Strong written and spoken communication in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
Must: Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate/permit ready.
0–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role; internships welcome.
Hands-on with social media management and content creation.
Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and GA4.
A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity in a start-up.

Responsibilities

Launch and grow Li Auto Benelux social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube).
Develop and maintain a content calendar; create, schedule and publish content.
Build community engagement from zero: respond to comments, grow the following.
Bring creative content ideas and test them; execute own ideas.
Play a key role in launching the Li Auto Benelux website and localise content.
Identify improvements and propose them, then execute them.
Support set-up, execution and reporting of paid social and display campaigns.
Assist with Google Ads and SEA under the Head of Marketing guidance.
Coordinate digital assets with agencies and local teams.
Support media outreach, press moments, and event coordination in Benelux.
Track KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions; maintain dashboards.
