BlueFocus is seeking a Social Media Account Executive to support automotive clients across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will manage day‑to‑day social media operations, coordinate with creative and client teams, and ensure campaigns are locally relevant and delivered on time.

Requirements include native-level Dutch or French and fluent English, 2+ years in social media or digital marketing, and strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media operations for automotive clients in the Netherlands and Belgium.
• Develop localized social media ideas and monthly content calendars based on brand strategy, campaign objectives and local market insights.
• Adapt global or regional content into locally relevant communication for Dutch or Belgian audiences.
• Write, review and localize social media copy in native-level Dutch or French.
• Monitor local social media trends, cultural moments, competitor activity and emerging content formats.
• Coordinate with creative, design, production, KOL/influencer, media and client teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, feedback rounds and approval processes.
• Act as a reliable day-to-day client contact, providing clear updates and proactively following up on pending items.
• Translate client feedback into clear and actionable tasks for internal teams.
• Support campaign reporting and provide observations and recommendations based on social performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve engagement, content quality and local market relevance.
• Support cross-market coordination when projects involve both the Netherlands and Belgium.
