Eye Security is seeking a Junior Cyber Security Consultant to join the Service Delivery team. You will guide organisations through their security journey, onboarding customers, supporting security questions, and delivering periodic reviews with tailored advice.

This hands-on role offers a clear path to more senior consultant positions and involves collaboration across Product, Engineering, Security Operations, and Threat Intelligence to solve real customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Interest in cyber security; formal qualification not required
• Ability to understand security questions and provide advisory guidance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
• Willingness to learn across security domains

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through Eye's onboarding process and implement EDR and other controls
• Assess customer security questions and determine best Eye resources for support
• Deliver periodic security reviews with tailored advice and prioritised measures
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Specialists, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, Security Operations, and Threat Intelligence
• Identify opportunities to improve Eye's operations and customer relationships
• Learn from experienced colleagues and contribute ideas on real projects
• Assist with second-line technical challenges alongside first-line support
