Job summary

Fluor Infrastructure B.V., part of Fluor Corporation, is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of civiel, mechanical, electrical, and road assets. You will drive effective asset management, ensuring safety, availability, and quality within budget, and report to the Project Director.

Join a multinational team working on major Dutch infra projects such as HSL Zuid and A27/A1 with long-term contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have HBO+ level of thinking and working, and a minimum of 10 years in large infrastructure or construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience with asset management strategies and multi-disciplinary projects.
• Leadership experience in operational teams is required.
• Fluent in Dutch; English proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integral asset management team.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for the portfolio.
• Monitor cost, time, quality and safety against plans.
• Ensure all activities meet legal and contractual requirements.
• Report progress and performance to the Project Director.
• Contribute actively to the Management Team and realize KPI targets.
