Job summary

Destinus is hiring a Purchaser to drive the day-to-day procurement workflow and ensure timely delivery of goods and services for our aerospace initiatives. The role focuses on converting requisitions into purchase orders, maintaining contract alignment, and delivering reliable supplier performance.

The successful candidate will manage P2P processes, track deliveries, and resolve routine supplier issues with precision, following established policies and ERP data standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of procurement or purchasing experience in aerospace/manufacturing is preferred.
• High proficiency and accuracy with ERP systems, MS Dynamics is essential.
• Be detail-oriented, process-driven and able to follow instructions from the Procurement Country lead.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English are required.

Responsibilities

• Purchase Order Management: process requisitions and MRPs into accurate POs in MS Dynamics, ensuring contracts and terms are met.
• Delivery Assurance: monitor order status, track deliveries and expedite as needed; respond to supplier inquiries.
• Operational Issue Resolution: resolve invoice discrepancies, minor delays, and documentation queries; escalate complex issues as needed.
