Interfood BV, based in Bladel, Netherlands, is seeking a Junior Business Controller to join the Business Control Team. The role offers exposure to credit risk analyses, daily mark-to-market reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Trade, Logistics, Treasury, and Finance Control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into insights.
- Strong Excel skills and interest in data analysis, reporting tools, and automation.
- Experience with BI tools, SQL, or Python is an advantage.

As our new Junior Business Controller, you will:
- Partner with our commercial teams to translate business activities into financial insights.
- Analyze financial and commercial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process and monitor business performance throughout the year.
- Perform customer and supplier credit risk analyses to support commercial decision-making.
- Contribute to daily mark-to-market reporting and performance analyses.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial controls.
- Work closely with colleagues from Trade, Logistics, Treasury, Finance Control, and other departments on both operational and strategic topics.
- Provide ad hoc analyses that help management make better business decisions.

Experience through internships or a first job in Finance or Controlling is a plus, but ambitious graduates are encouraged to apply.
