Job summary

APS Personeelservices zoekt een Junior Assembly Technician om in een high-tech omgeving te starten. Je volgt training vanaf dag één en werkt samen met een buddy aan modules, behuizingen en PCBs.

Startend salaris van €3.182,- bruto per maand, inclusief shifttoeslag, met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals lunch in een moderne bedrijfsrestaurant en on-site sportfaciliteiten. Je werkdagen beginnen met een korte team-check-in en daarna assembleer je onderdelen onder begeleiding.

Qualifications

• Je ontwikkelt stap voor stap binnen de functie.
• Je spreekt Engels.
• Je bent bereid in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Monteer kabels, onderdelen, modules en kasten
• Volg duidelijke werkinstructies en technische tekeningen
• Voer eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties uit
• Begin met kleine montagestappen (±15 minuten)
• Werk aan complexere opbouw naarmate je ervaring groeit (tot 1–1,5 uur)
• Werk in een schone, gestructureerde omgeving met een team van ongeveer 30 collega's

Start your technical career in a high-tech environment where you are trained from day one and guided step by step. As a Junior Assembly Technician, you will work on innovative products such as modules, cabinets, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). No experience? No problem. You will learn everything on the job with the right support. In return for your contribution, you’ll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-, including shift allowance. The company is conveniently located along the A50, making it easy to reach!

Your day starts with a short team check-in, after which you’ll start assembling products together with your buddy:

• Assemble components such as cables, parts, modules, and cabinets
• Follow clear work instructions and basic technical drawings
• Perform simple quality checks and visual inspections
• Start with small assembly tasks (±15 minutes)
• Grow towards more complex builds (up to 1–1.5 hours)
• Work in a clean, structured environment within a team of around 30 colleagues

Functie-eisen Junior Assembly Technician

You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.

Aanbod

As a Technician, you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of € 3.182,- which includes:

• A 14.4% shift allowance
• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00

From day one, you’ll benefit from excellent secondary employment benefits, including:

• The employer contributes 17,09% of the pensionable salary to the employee’s pension scheme, starting from the age of 18
• A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
• Overtime hours worked above 40 hours per week are compensated at 125%
• Holiday leave: 27 days per year based on full-time employment
• You will receive a holiday allowance of 8%
