Job summary

APS Personeel zoekt een Junior Assembly Technician voor een high-tech productieomgeving. Je start met eenvoudige montage van kabels, onderdelen, modules en kasten en werkt onder begeleiding.

Je leert alles op de werkvloer, met een tweeploegendienst en een startloon van €3.182,- bruto per maand inclusief ploegtoeslag. Secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals lunch, sportfaciliteiten en reiskostenvergoeding zijn onderdeel van het aanbod.

Qualifications

• Interesse in technologie en wil vak leren.
• Engels spreken en begrijpen.
• Bereid om in twee ploegen te werken.

Responsibilities

• Monteren van kabels, onderdelen, modules en kasten.
• Volgen van duidelijke werkinstructies en technische tekeningen.
• Uitvoeren van eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles en visuele inspecties.
• Starten met kleine montagetaken en doorgroeien naar complexere bouwtaken.
• Werken in een schone, gestructureerde omgeving met ongeveer 30 collega’s.

Functieomschrijving Junior Assembly Technician

As a Junior Assembly Technician, you will work on innovative products such as modules, cabinets, and printed circuit boards (PCBs). No experience? No problem. You will learn everything on the job with the right support.

In return for your contribution, you’ll receive a starting gross monthly salary of € 3.182,-, including shift allowance. Your day starts with a short team check-in, after which you’ll start assembling products together with your buddy:

• Assemble components such as cables, parts, modules, and cabinets
• Follow clear work instructions and basic technical drawings
• Perform simple quality checks and visual inspections
• Start with small assembly tasks
• Grow towards more complex builds
• Work in a clean, structured environment within a team of around 30 colleagues

Functie-eisen Junior Assembly Technician

You will develop step by step within the role, starting with basic assembly tasks and gradually moving towards more technical and complex work. As you gain experience, your responsibilities will increase, along with your salary. In the long term, this also creates opportunities to grow into roles such as testing or quality control.

Aanbod

As a Junior Assembly Technician you’ll start with a gross monthly salary of€ 3.182,- which includes:

• A 14.4% shift allowance
• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00

• A travel expense reimbursement of € 0,25 per kilometer applies
