Job summary

The Junior Technical Developer position at PVH Corp. is based in Amsterdam and supports the Technical Development team through the end-to-end technical development of apparel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in apparel product development or garment technology.
• Degree in fashion, garment technology, pattern cutting, or related field.
• Basic understanding of garment construction, fit, and pattern development.
• Familiarity with PLM and related software (e.g. Gerber) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable in maintaining data accuracy.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the technical development process from concept to production.
• Participate in fit sessions, record comments, and assist with communicating updates.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of technical data in PLM.
• Support the team in following the critical path to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build foundational technical skills through hands-on learning in fittings, specs, and vendor communication.
• Collaborate with sourcing, quality, and overseas teams to resolve day-to-day technical issues.
• Assist with sample organization, meeting preparation, and reporting as needed.
