Job summary

Claude.ai is seeking an IT administrator to oversee our central Claude.ai environment, guard data security and GDPR compliance, and build AI adoption across teams. You will implement zero-touch workflows with n8n and Make.com, and develop apps in AppSheet to streamline operations.

Based in Rotterdam, the role focuses on IAM, cloud security, and Generative AI integration with business processes. The position offers a competitive salary and development opportunities in AI and cloud architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an application administrator, IT automation specialist, or business systems engineer within a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.
• Strong experience with Azure Enterprise ID (IAM, SSO), Google Workspace and GDPR compliance.
• Practical experience building automated data flows via n8n and Make.com and building apps in low-code systems.
• Experience managing Generative AI applications (e.g., Claude.ai) within business processes.
• Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Claude.ai AI-Governance & Adoption: You administrate our central Claude.ai environment.You safeguard the security of sensitive business and IP data and work proactively to prevent data breaches and ensure GDPR compliance.You build central prompt libraries and AI assistants for our teams (Commerce, Finance, Operations), with which increased AI adoption in the organization.

Frictionless Integrations (Zero-Touch Workflows): You connect our core applications (including Pipedrive CRM, Moneybird and WeFact) via n8n and Make.com . In the first 2 months, you map out the manual handover between departments and take concrete steps to reduce manual administrative transfers between departments.

Low-Code Process Optimization:You develop and maintain internal apps via AppSheet to simplify specific operational processes (such as asset management or time tracking).

Solid identity & Access Management (IAM): You set up a central rights and roles structure within Azure Entra ID and Google Workspace. Employee onboarding and offboarding regarding system and AI access takes place within 24 hours and is GDPR-compliant.

Working and thinking level: Higher professional/university working and thinking level in the direction of Business IT & Management, Computer Science, or AI & Data Management.

Experience: Minimum3 to 5 years of relevant experience as an application administrator, IT automation specialist, or business systems engineer within a fast-growing tech or scale-up environment.

Cloud & Security: Demonstrable experience with the management of Azure Enterprise ID (IAM, SSO), Google Workspace, and GDPR compliance.

Integrations & Low-Code: Thorough, practical experience building automated data flows via n8n and/or Make.com and building apps in low-code systems.

AI Affinity: Experience with or a very strong passion for managing and implementing Generative AI applications (such as Claude.ai ) within business processes.

Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English.

What We Offer

A competitive salary between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour work week / 1.0 FTE), depending on your experience and accumulated AI/cloud expertise.
