Job summary

TOPdesk is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team in the Netherlands. The role covers daily accounting tasks, invoice processing, reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating across the organization, supporting accounts payable and receivable, and helping prepare financial reports and audits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented traits essential for maintaining accurate records and supporting closing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting requirements.
